How to pack candles for shipping

Wrap candles in a protective wrapping material like Custom Tissue Paper and pack candles for shipping by placing candles inside Paper Tube Packaging or Product Boxes to keep them from rolling or cracking during shipment. Choose a smaller sized shipping box or mailer for the candle to fit snugly into for mailing. If you need extra protection, Durable Corrugated Shipping Boxes are a great option for packing and shipping glass or tin candles. If you’re selling smaller pillar candles or tea lights, Padded Mailers will provide some additional cushioning.

How to package ceramics for shipping

Package ceramics for shipping by wrapping the outside of the pottery in Custom Tissue Paper and secure this layer with a Custom Branded Sticker. Place the wrapped ceramics in a Product Box. Next, select a Durable Corrugated Shipping Box that’s as close in size to the ceramics as possible to avoid excess void space. Line your box with air pillows, HEX paper or biodegradable packing peanuts to avoid the package moving around too much during shipment and pop the product box in. Give the shipping box a shake as a test and if everything stays in place, your pottery is ready to be shipped!

Is wrapping paper recyclable?

Wrapping paper is not recyclable if it’s not made of 100% paper. If the wrapping paper has glitter, foil, metallic decorations, or seems coated with a thin plastic layer, then it can’t be recycled. noissue’s Custom Tissue Paper is a great sustainable alternative as it’s made with recycled Forest Stewardship Council certified paper. This makes it recyclable and compostable.

Is bubble wrap recyclable?

It is possible to recycle bubble wrap where soft plastics are accepted at a recycling center or collection point. However, it is not curbside recyclable, so your customers cannot put it out with other household plastics for collection. For curbside recyclable packaging options, we’d recommend Stock, Recycled Boxes, Custom, Recycled Boxes, Protective Kraft Mailers or Rigid Heavy Duty Mailers.

How to recycle bubble mailers

Bubble Mailers can be recycled anywhere soft plastics are accepted. This does not include curbside recycling, which is only for hard plastics. To recycle a bubble mailer, find a recycling center or a soft plastics collection point, make sure the mailer is clean, dry and has any shipping labels removed, then drop the mailer off at a collection point.
